- Develops, collaborates, and coordinates video productions, creative content, and social media graphics. Collaborates with all campus recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with the daily basketball operations of the program.
- Assist with all individual and team training/practices.
- Track, organize and distribute various statistics from practices and training matches.
- Experience with Photoshop, video editing software, and Synergy Sports for film and video editing is essential. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Recruiting Materials: Create engaging designs and infographics that effectively promote Milwaukee Men’s Basketball; Create and organize a work system to produce recruiting materials and necessary resources; Social media and personal recruiting campaigns
- Manage and direct content for the men’s basketball department’s primary social media sites, including creating and implementing annual social media strategies and plans.
- Work with video, communications, and marketing staff to ensure content follows the department’s brand standards and is regularly updated on the department’s main social media accounts, while also regularly engaging with fans on social media.
