If you scroll through the comments on the tweet below, you can see the shock that people have caused. Many tried to say that it was due to the weight loss drug Ozempic, but if you have followed Pouncey on social media, you know that he lost his playing weight long before this drug hit the market.
People don’t realize how much work it takes to maintain the type of body weight that NFL offensive linemen carry. This isn’t the case for everyone, but in many cases, once they are no longer training like NFL athletes and eating large amounts of food to maintain all that mass, their bodies are happy to let it all go.
