Maurkice Pouncey CenterPouncey posted a photo of himself on his Instagram that was saved and reposted because people were shocked at how small Pouncey is after football.

People don’t realize how much work it takes to maintain the body weight that NFL offensive linemen have. It’s not the case for everyone, but in many cases, once they stop training like NFL athletes and eating massive amounts of food to maintain all that mass, their bodies are happy to let it go.
